Professional Experience Beatriz Pelayo-Garcia concentrates her professional activities in the area of family law and general civil litigation. While attending law school in the evening, Ms. Pelayo-Garcia was a Judicial Assistant/Court Clerk for the Los Angeles Superior Court for five years.
