Professional Experience Mario Vega divides his practice between business and estate planning. Business Litigation Mr. Vega’s broad litigation experience includes the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Vega’s litigation practice has included representing businesses and property owners in cases involving breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, insurance bad faith, trademark and copyright infringement, securities fraud, civil rights violations, sexual harassment, defamation, unfair business practices, inverse condemnation, eminent domain, employment discrimination, premises liability, real estate fraud, and wage and hour disputes. Business Formation and Counseling Mr. Vega’s business formation practice includes the formation of general partnerships, Estate Planning Mr. Vega’s estate planning practice ranges from drafting and administering basic wills and living trusts, to developing and implementing more complex estate planning devices for high worth individuals. He has also represented clients in trust and probate litigation and conservatorship/guardianship proceedings.
